About the Ane the Vampire Subscription
Ane the Vampire is an original serialised fiction subscription.
Two chapters are released per month and delivered straight to subscribers. The first chapter is free to read. A paid subscription unlocks the full book archive and every new chapter as it’s released.

Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to Ane the Vampire, you agree to the following terms.
1. The product. This is a digital subscription to serialised written fiction, published by VoodooChild. No physical goods are shipped or included as part of this subscription. Access is provided online through the VoodooChild website and, where applicable, through our Substack publication.
2. Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at checkout. Billing begins at signup and renews automatically each month unless cancelled. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3. Access. Subscriber access is tied to the account used at signup and is intended for personal, individual use. Sharing of login credentials or subscriber-only content outside the subscription is not permitted.
4. Content schedule. We aim to publish new chapters on a regular schedule, but publication dates are not guaranteed and may vary. Subscription access is to the ongoing body of work, not to a fixed number of chapters or a fixed release date.
5. Changes to the service. We may update, expand, or otherwise change the content, pricing, or features of this subscription over time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes affecting their subscription.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, no further charges will be made after you cancel.
When you cancel, you retain access to subscriber content until the end of your current paid billing period. Access does not continue past that date.
There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Because this is a digital subscription providing immediate access to content upon payment, refunds are not offered by default once a billing period has started.
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a technical failure that prevented you from receiving access, please contact us at edric@voodoochild.capetown within 14 days of the charge. We will review the issue and provide a refund where appropriate.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, but does stop all future charges as described above.
