Jujutsu sorcerers, mark your calendars! The highly anticipated Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death compilation film is set to premiere in Japanese theaters on May 30, 2025.

This cinematic release revisits the poignant “Gojo’s Past” arc from the anime’s second season, originally aired in July 2023. The film delves into the formative years of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their time at Tokyo Jujutsu High, highlighting their mission to protect the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai, and Gojo’s intense confrontation with the formidable Toji Fushiguro.

Enhancing the theatrical experience, the movie features an acoustic rendition of the season two opening theme, “Where Our Blue Is,” performed by Tatsuya Kitani. The soundtrack has been remixed for a 5.1-channel surround sound, offering audiences an immersive audio experience.

Advance ticket sales commenced on April 18, with special edition packages available, including collectible items like foil-stamped postcards and character-themed badges.

While an international release date has yet to be announced, the global popularity of Jujutsu Kaisen suggests that fans worldwide can anticipate its arrival in theaters soon.
